This project completed by Chris Earl was a shell fit-out out. The units previous use did not accommodate underground drainage so alterations prior to the fit-out were required.
This was a challenging fit-out on a busy high street and coming across asbestos during the works nearly impacted the programme but working with specialists and the client we over came the issues to handover the project on time snag free.
